Michele Bachmann, dedicated mother, political leader, and slaver?

I prefer to avoid these political hot buttons, but noticed an inflammatory piece of false narrative that would insult conspiracy theorists if ascribed to them.

So recently conservatives were criticizing the Obama administration for purchasing a multi-million dollar hotel complex to house undocumented immigrant children. Of course the choice was defended by those who voted for and are now defending him on a daily basis. Yet Michele Bachmann attempts to find bipartisan support for what amounts to a boarding school and gets accused of trying to establish “labor camps” or even “slavery”. This is an absurd misrepresentation of the proposal. In fact, if the frustrated left could get the red out of their vision for even a moment perhaps they’d notice that this is exactly what they claim to want to see from conservatives. “Cooperation.” Yet, how dangerous is that? Give the politicians exactly what they want. Exactly enough rope to hang themselves?

You should be aware that I’m not a fan of either side of the aisle, but I do contend that for every yarn spun by conservatives, liberals manage to make an entire web. I don’t know if it’s because they are more gullible, or a natural consequence of their philosophical nihilism. It remains a matter of fact that liberals tend disproportionately to be anti-intelligent-design. In our next post we’ll discuss why I.D. is a requirement for any philosophical foundation other than nihilism. In the meantime, this post is not just about politics. It’s also about gullibility, misrepresentation, and deceit. All vices of a fallen world.
